We are seeking a part time Customer Service Representative for Advant commercial and Contract Manufacturing customers. Join our team here in Advant Medical, Parkmore, Galway!

Education & Qualifications:

ESSENTIAL

• • Secondary school qualification (or equivaent)
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

 

DESIRABLE

• • Certificate or diploma in business administration, customer service, or a related field
• • Experience or training in regulated industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare)

 

EXPERIENCE

• • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role essential
• • Experience working with ERP or CRM systems desirable
• • Familiarity with medical device products or healthcare customers desirable

Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Advant Medical

Shift: Part Time

Location: Advant Medical, Parkmore Business Park West, Galway, Ireland, H91 PV0V

Salary: DOE

Schedule:

Day Shift – 3 days a week 6:45am – 3:15pm
