To provide a set of Core Values by which all Advant Medical employees agree to conduct their daily activities.

Objective:
Define our Business Values that will embed a culture of trust, empowerment and collaboration.

Scope:
The Core Values are codes of conduct which apply to all our interactions inside and outside the company. Responsibilities: Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders will lead by example and are responsible for exhibiting, practicing, promoting and monitoring compliance to these Values. All employees are accountable for their own compliance.
